You can combine the Fryskware CROSS Turnout with the Fryskware Liner of 100 grams, creating a warm winter blanket of 100, 200 or 300 grams (due to the ‘layering-principle’, the wind-chill is even higher). You can also use the Liner as stable blanket or blanket for the trailer.
You can also order the Fryskware CROSS Turnout with a neck cover in 0 and 100 grams. The smooth lining of the neck cover protects the horse’s sensitive mane.

The lining of the Fryskware CROSS Turnout is made according to the Stay dry, stay cool, stay warm principle (antibacterial, respiratory Teflon coating), so that this blanket can be put on a slightly sweaty horse.
The lining of the Fryskware PURA Turnout is made according to the Stay silky, stay shiny, stay soundly principle, so that the blanket prevents chafing, does not absorb hairs and ensures a shiny coat.
Both blankets are equipped with the patented four-way adjustable FW45 Superfront that ensures a perfectly fitting blanket for the baroque horse and gives optimal grazing and freedom of movement.

Given the mission of FryskWare (all horses outside as much as possible) the outdoor horse blankets are the perfect mix of technical innovation with the specific aspects of the Friesian and Baroque horse. The entire assortment horse blankets of FryskWare focuses on fit, freedom of movement, protection and comfort.
UV Protection
In order to cherish the fur colour of the horse (black remains black) and to protect the skin against harmful UV-rays the outside of the horse blanket has a UV protective coating. Main advantage: sunbeams cause less warmth, keeping the body temperature of horses in balance.
Teflon Coating
The outside of the FryskWare outdoor blankets has a strong TEFLON, waterproof coating. Rain drops automatically slide down the blanket. In addition the blanket resists the most heaviest rain showers without harming the breathability of the blanket. Teflon makes the blanket dirt repellent and dust resistant. Mud and/or sand will automatically slide down the blanket when the horse enjoys a mud bath.
2100 Denier Ballistic Nylon
FryskWare blankets are made of cast-iron and durable 2100 Denier nylon making it demolition proof and extremely safe for the horse. The outside is strengthened with fine Ripstop gauze fabric, extremely strong. The weave protects the horse against sharp objects and guarantees a possible opening won’t tear.
BREATHABLE LINING IN LIGHTWEIGHT POLYFILL/POLYESTER
FryskWare outdoor blankets are available exclusive of lining (0-gram) and inclusive of lightweight lining (100 and 200 gram). Lining protects the horse at all times against cold, frost, wind and draught. The temperature schedule varies from 5-15 Celsius (0 gram), around the freezing point (100 gram) and frost (200 gram). The lining is ultralight and insulates optimally. In addition, the thermal lining regulates the body heat of the horse.

FW45 Superfront®
In close cooperation with owners and carers of Frisian and Baroque horses, Fryskware has developed the FW45 Superfront. It is a solid, fourfold adjustable breast closure in an angle of 45 degrees, guaranteeing a perfect fit. Another huge advantage of this patented system is that it gives the horse enough space to graze. The secret? The cut of the Fryskware blankets in combination with the FW45 Superfront system.

This is the best blanket I have found for my very wide necked Andalusian horse. We have tried many different blankets that claim to be for larger horses, none worked. It is a smart and cleaver design, very well made and heavy duty. Would love to see a fly sheet/rug design!

10-04-2024 09:15Zó blij met deze regendeken van Fryskware! Bijna alles wat ik paste lag niet mooi op mijn Barock Pinto. Ook de Big Neck versies zaten strak en plooien na de schoft. Deze is maximaal verstelbaar dus ideaal. De verzending was ook razendsnel dus in deze natte periode erg fijn. Ik heb de combo genomen (0 gram, liner en hals) Misschien in de toekomst nog eentje met 100 gram voering dan komen we de winter prima door. De 1680 dernier is wel soepeler van stof dan de Rambo Supreme (ook 1680D) die mijn vorige paard had. Al met al zeer tevreden. Ik raad het aan!
30-10-2023 09:23Een absoluut prachtige deken. Hij ligt geweldig op mijn PRE hengst. Past als gegoten. Ik vind de verstelbare borstsluiting helemaal top! Kortom; super tevreden!

Je merkt aan alles dat deze mensen ervaring hebben met paarden. Hun dekens zijn geweldig qua pasvorm en ontwerp; zowel voor paard als ruiter. Ook bij vragen over onderhoud of gebruik krijg je een goed en gedegen advies. Ik wil nooit meer anders!!

Al heel lang op zoek naar een goed passende regendeken voor onze PRE en FRIESE hengst. Deze deken heeft een geweldige pasvorm en na erg veel regen blijkt hij gelukkig ook volledig waterdicht - voor ons een top deken
